Susan Hannifin-MacNab, MSW, PPSC, is a social worker, educator, and the author of the award-winning book “A to Z Healing Toolbox: A Practical Guide for Navigating Grief and Trauma with Intention.” Holding a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Education, Susan combines her formal training and personal experiences of grief to guide others through their healing journeys. She founded A2Z Healing Toolbox®, a service that provides resources, group sessions, and training aimed at helping those affected by grief and trauma.
Through her work with Soaring Spirits International and The Sugar Bear Foundation, Susan extends her expertise to the widowed community and surviving military families, respectively. Her book, recognized internationally and decorated with several prestigious awards, serves as a fundamental resource for both professionals and individuals dealing with loss.
